ToolJiffy provides browser-based tools for personal and commercial use at no charge. You may use the tools for lawful purposes only. You may not use ToolJiffy to process content that is illegal, violates the rights of others, or facilitates harm.

2. No Warranties

All tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that results (compressed images, merged PDFs, calculated values) are error-free or suitable for any particular purpose. Always verify critical outputs before using them in official submissions or financial decisions.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ToolJiffy and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to data loss, failed document submissions, or incorrect calculations.

4. Intellectual Property

The ToolJiffy name, branding, and original content are owned by ToolJiffy. Underlying open-source libraries (pdf-lib, browser-image-compression, heic2any, and others) retain their original licenses (MIT). Attribution is maintained in the source code.

5. Privacy

Use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of ToolJiffy after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
